Brantly called the same day my request for service posted. We discussed my water heater problem and decided that a new one was the way to proceed. Brantly told me he would call his supplier to get a current cost and would call me back. He called back within about 10 minutes, gave me a price and said he could do the job the next morning. Brantly and his father, Don, showed up the next morning, removed my old water heater and installed the new one in a little over an hour. They were neat, professional and a pleasure to work with.
